We have successfully completed “World Bank Aided Project” Construction of Four Laning and Strengthening of NH-1 from KM. 155.000 to KM.212.161 (Lot HR-11) under the banner of Unitech Ltd. involving huge quantities of Earthwork, G.S.B., WMM and other allied items amounting to Rs.20.99 Crores.

We have also successfully completed the World Bank Road Project from Km.252.250 to 275.525 on NH-1 in State of Punjab under the banner of IRCON amounting to Rs. 11.34 Crores. Our performance on this project has been highly appreciated by the Managing Director and Executive Director of IRCON in their appreciation letter.

We have also recently completed the work “Construction of Road Work (Part-A) – Relocation of Industries at Udyog Vihar, Sector-4, Bawana, Delhi – Amounting to Rs. 9.75 Crores.

We have also completed a "World Bank Aided Project “ Construction of Residential & Non Residential Canal Colony Complex at Bandepur, Sonepat (Haryana). This work includes Cement Concrete Roads, Storm Water Drains, Sewerage and Electrical works complete. The provision of Street Lighting in the colony and construction of Over Head Tank has also been completed by us. The approximate value of the project is Rs. 4.09 Crores.

MLGC has also completed another building work “Construction of Pucca School Building for Government Sr. Sec. School at Prashant Vihar", Delhi with pile foundation including water supply, Sanitary Installation, Internal Electrical and external development work amounting to Rs.3.19 Crores for Executive Engineer, PWD Division No. 28 (NCTD), SU Block, Pitampura, Delhi.

MLGC has also executed the work of “Widening of Road No.16(Aruna Asaf Ali Road)" from 2/4 lanes to 6 lanes i/c construction of footpath, drains and extension of culverts etc. (RD 0 to 4640”) for Executive Engineer, PWD Division No.VII(NCTD), R.R.Lines, Ring Road, New Delhi- 110 010 amounting to Rs. 8.10 Crores.
