MLGC was registered as Manohar Lal Gupta & Co. PVT. Ltd. in year 1986. The promoters of the company have worked hard with zeal and single minded devotion for the development of the company. The company has switched over from one field to another field of civil engineering works depending upon the market scenario. Buildings and roads were the mainstay of business in the beginning. The company has executed many prestigious civil engineering projects of Roads, Bridges, Dams, Canals, Buildings, Powerhouse, Airport ’s Runway, Highways and Underground Subways etc.

The company is striving hard to keep pace with the developing technology in order to keep afloat in vast new areas opening up – highly competitive and technological – like building infrastructure, civil works of Irrigation projects and Construction of highways etc. Much as the company would like to become a self reliant entity it is very difficult to cover all areas on its own. The company has therefore taken the strategic decision of making up the deficiency in high end technological and high finance required for big projects through the medium of Joint Ventures (JV).
